Snow Rage -- Loudoun County Man Charged

Don't know if you heard, but a Loudoun County man has been charged in a "snow rage" incident. According to Fox 5, a Loudoun man  faces criminal charges for what he did to a Good Samaritan trying to help a driver who got stuck in the snow. Check out the video below.
