Leesburg Town Council Approves Linden Hill Access Road

According to the Loudoun Times, the Leesburg Town Council "voted 5-2 on July 27 to spend up to $1 million for an access road so that Linden Hill Way residents will be able to turn left onto South King Street."

The article reports that, "Since the council voted in favor of the access road July 27, the town will now purchase the property at 1 Country Club Drive so that it can build the road. The property has been on the market for $375,000, and the owner is willing to sell it to the town. The Virginia Department of Transportation will have no authority over the road, so Leesburg will be responsible for building and maintaining it."
