Personnel with the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office and the Leesburg Police Department have located a wanted subject who fled from the emergency room at the Cornwall Campus of INOVA Loudoun Hospital (Leesburg).
The subject, Elliot D. Lansdown, was involved in a crash on Route 15 around 5:48 a.m. this morning, Friday, December 16, and is wanted out of the state of Maryland. After the crash he was taken to the emergency room where he became combative with staff and fled the hospital.
