The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office reports that Dominion Virginia Power will be working on power lines between Battlefield Parkway and River Creek Parkway this morning from about 10 a.m. until approximately noon. Brief traffic delays are expected; motorists in the area should exercise patience and drive with caution.
