Around 2 p.m., the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office reported that Rickard Road was closed near Rehobeth Church Road due to a downed tree. This area of Rickard Road is located between Route 287 (Berlin Turnpike) and Milltown Road near Lovettsville.
Motorists who travel Rickard Road in this area should find an alternate route.
