Update: James Monroe Highway and Hogback Mountain Road Now Open

The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office reports that it has opened James Monroe Highway and Hogback Mountain Road after a delay caused by a fallen tree into the roadway. Route 15 also is back open in both directions.
