The Ashburn Patch is reporting that, according to Gary Pozzouli, construction project manager with the Loudoun County Department of Transportation & Capital Infrastructure, the Russell Branch Parkway extension between Ashburn Road and Ashburn Village Boulevard is expected to open tomorrow, Tuesday, Aug. 2.
