Here's some good news for Loudoun County drivers as reported by the Loudoun Extra. The Extra reports that the Gloucester Parkway extension in Ashburn is now open and that there is now a left-turn arrow for drivers heading south at the stoplight where Church Road and Sterling Boulevard intersect in the 20164 zip code.
