Video -- How Many People Text and Drive?

Consumer Reports National Research Center recently presented findings of their study on distracted driving that was featured in the latest Consumer Reports magazine. Associate Director of Survey Research Donato Vaccaro discusses the findings regarding young people's habits of using a cell phone while behind the wheel.



Consumer Reports found that people under 30 years old reported using a phone while driving more than older respondents. Only a third was concerned about distracted driving and that it was dangerous to drive with a handheld phone.
