Possible Weekend Traffic Delays

The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office is advising residents of several weekend events that may cause traffic delays in various areas of the county.
 
Tomorrow, Saturday, August 23, an event at Franklin Park may cause delays between 7 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Business Route 7 in the Purcellville area.
 
On Saturday and Sunday, an event at Morven Park between 6:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Saturday and 7 a.m. and noon on Sunday may cause delays on Route 15 and Tutt Lane.
 
An event on Sunday at Redskins Park may cause delays on Loudoun County Parkway between 10 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Also on Sunday, an event in South Riding may cause delays on Unicorn Drive, Riding Center Drive, Tall Cedars Parkway, Loudoun County Parkway, South Riding Boulevard, Elk Lick Road, Edgewater Street, Flintonbridge Drive, Planting Field Drive, Ulysses Street, Lands End Drive and Rachel Hill Drive. This event will be held from 6:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.
 
Motorists are asked to please be patient, drive safely, follow all law-enforcement direction and have a safe weekend.
