Schedule Changes Coming Monday for Loudoun County Bus Services

Schedule changes will take effect on Monday, Feb. 2, for the Loudoun County Transit commuter bus service, local fixed-route bus service and Silver Line connection service. Changes include:

New Services
Commuter bus service begins from a new, 164-space, park and ride lot at the Telos Corporation, located at 19886 Ashburn Road.  These buses will also stop at two other lots, Ashburn North and Christian Fellowship Church, and then travel into northwest Washington, D.C.

The other new service is the Route 85, Dulles South Connector, a local, fixed-route operating weekday.  This Dulles South Connector route begins at East Gate and travels through South Riding, Stone Ridge and Brambleton, then on to the Loudoun Station park and ride lot where there is connecting bus service to Wiehle-Reston East Metrorail Station.

Changes in Service
Local Route 84 Atlantic/Pacific Circulator is being split into two routes. Route 84 will remain the Atlantic Circulator and Route 83 will be the Pacific Circulator.  These routes travel from Dulles Town Center along either Atlantic Boulevard or Pacific Boulevard to the Wiehle-Reston East Metrorail Station.
