The Commonwealth Transportation Board (CTB) is holding public meetings across the Commonwealth of Virginia throughout the month of November on prioritizing transportation projects.
The Northern Virginia meeting is set for 6-8 p.m. tonight, Monday, Nov. 16, in the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) Northern Virginia District office, 4975 Alliance Drive in Fairfax.  The open house portion of the meeting begins at 6 p.m. with the town hall meeting starting at 6:30 p.m.
Loudoun County residents are invited to this evening's meeting to get the latest information, ask questions and provide input on transportation projects.
This year's meetings will consist of an open house format where attendees can review and provide feedback on the list of proposed local and regional projects that localities submitted to be scored under a new prioritization process as legislated by House Bill 2.
