According to a news release from the Loudoun County Government, at its business meeting tomorrow, Wednesday, July 6, the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors is scheduled to consider a mediated proposal from U.S. Secretary of Transportation Ray LaHood to resolve issues surrounding Phase Two of the Dulles Rail project.
