Pavement Work Tonight to Close Two Right Lanes on I-95 South Near Mile Marker 155

Just in case your commute or travels tonight or tomorrow carry you on I-95 South near the truck weigh station near Dale Blvd., you'll want to be aware of this pavement work.

Tonight, August 20, beginning at 9:30 p.m., the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) will close two right lanes on I-95 south at mile marker 155, just past Dale Blvd (Exit 156) near the truck weigh station for emergency pavement repair in the far right lane.

Crews will close the right lane of I-95 south at mile marker 155 at 9:30 p.m., and a second lane at 11 p.m., while maintaining one lane open at all times.

By 6 a.m. tomorrow, Wednesday, August 21, one of the two closed lanes will re-open, with all lanes open no later than 2 p.m.
